Fast Tracks Race, Pheasant Run, Holly Michigan, October 2007

The Fast Tracks series invited Brian Kinwald and Paul Sinclair to the final race in the ’07 series at Pheasant Run in Holly, Mich. This is a great sandy track behind Terry McDowell’s house, and Terry does a great job with the facility. Al Horne helps lay out and build the track along with several other Fast Tracks guys, and it was a beautiful October Saturday in Michigan with the sun shining and clouds now and then.

We don’t have the world’s best camera – spending big $$ on a camera is not part of the plan right now. In the bright sun at Hot Rod or Cactus our little Kodak works pretty well, but when photographic conditions are not ideal, some of the pics are not perfect. We hope these give you some idea of the great track and the fun we all had there. We’ve tried to include some pix of cars you don’t normally see in our galleries. And, yes, you can do a wheelie with an X – 6!!
